I’ve finally finished University, three years of up’s and downs. Had great times, had bad times but I’ve walked away with hopefully a 2.1 Degree and over £15,000 of debt. Not so great.

I went to the CIA. Now that got your attention didn’t it, anyway its not that one, its The Cumbria Institute of the Arts in Carlisle (now University of Cumbria) where I studied for a BA(Hons) Multimedia Design & Digital Animation degree. Basically its two big degree’s in one along with some other bits squashed in for goodness.Mainly its Multimedia Design, Digitial Modeling and Animation in XSI, it also has some high end web design, soundwork, DAR, video editing and DVD/CD authoring in there. So its pretty jam packed, looking at my timetable you wouldn’t think so.

So Carlisle is pretty…cold. Getting up in the mornings is tough, but nowhere near as tough as walking the 2km in the cold to the Uni. God bless my car.

I do not originate from this land of cold however. I went to VI Form in Norfolk, which contrary to popular belief, not everyone is a shotgun toting farmer there (although with 80k firearms and 120k shotguns, statistically most are). What’s VI Form? That’s 6th Form to any people that thought I was speaking in a code. 6th Form is where people can go after High School, but before University, for all you Americans out there! Its an old way of saying college in the UK but college’s can do University stuff too….confusing.

I took taking the following subjects at 6th Form. I also royally stuffed a few up (note Chemistry) once I found out I only needed two C’s to get into Uni.
